All digital products sold on Kenya Creators United — membership tier upgrades, Tapper to Millionaire Challenge entries, County Cup registrations, and event tickets — are final sale. Because access is granted instantly and the content is digital, we do not offer refunds.
This policy applies to every one-time payment made through the platform: tier upgrades (Bronze through Blue Diamond), challenge entry fees, County Cup application fees, and paid event tickets. Once payment is confirmed and access is unlocked, the sale is complete.
If a payment fails or is charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us and we will review it. Genuine duplicate or failed transactions will be corrected. This is separate from changing your mind about a purchase.
Affiliate commissions are earned when a referred member makes a qualifying payment. If that payment is later refunded or reversed (for example, a chargeback), the related commission is reversed in line with our Affiliate Terms.
If a payment is refunded under the limited circumstances above, the access or upgrade tied to that payment will be removed from your account.
