By creating an account on Kenya Creators United (KCU), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
You retain ownership of content you post on KTU. By posting, you grant KCU a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform. You must not post illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
Free membership is available to all approved users. Pro Creator membership requires payment as stated on the pricing page. Payments are processed securely. No refunds except where required by law.
Participation in the affiliate program is subject to the Affiliate Terms & Conditions available separately. Fraudulent activity will result in account suspension.
KCU reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or harms the community, at its sole discretion.
KCU provides educational content and community. We do not guarantee specific income results. Success depends on individual effort and circumstances.
KCU may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
